PTA meetings are an awesome opportunity for parents to have input into the use of PTA resources and to learn about what is going on at HFES. Meetings are usually held on the second Tuesday of the month but occasionally vary due to the school calendar. All meetings will be in the evening. While parents must be PTA members to vote on action items, all parents are welcome to come and participate in the meetings. Please join us!
**Meeting format - meetings will begin at 6:30pm, with a report from the Principal, Treasurer and an overview of upcoming events/activities. Our plan is for this portion of the meeting to last no more than 30 minutes. At that point, we will discuss the various programs, and everyone is welcome to stay, but you don't have to. We know that it is hard for some people to make it to evening meetings, especially when they last over an hour, which is why we have changed the format a bit.
